Who we are

Sling Queen and dooo.kr are operated by Henal Communications (해날커뮤니케이션즈), Republic of Korea. Contact: help@henal.kr.

Sling Queen is in development. This policy describes how the app will handle information once it is released on Google Play, and how this website handles it today.

No account

Sling Queen has no sign-up and no login. Your progress, coins and settings are stored on your phone. Deleting the app deletes them.

Advertising

Sling Queen shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect your device's advertising ID, an approximate location based on your IP address, ad interactions, and crash and diagnostic information, under Google's own privacy policy.

Where the law requires it (for example in the EU and UK), the app asks for your consent before personalized ads, using Google's consent tool. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your Android settings.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by Google Play. We never see your card details. To confirm a purchase and restore it on a new phone, purchase records (product, time, order token) are processed by RevenueCat, our purchase-verification service.

Online ranking (planned)

When online ranking launches, we will store the nickname you choose, the country you select, and your scores. You can remove your ranking record any time in Settings, or by emailing us.

This website

dooo.kr uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party fonts or scripts. Like any web server, ours keeps short access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security, deleted automatically within 14 days.

If you write to us through the support form or by email, we receive your email address and message and, to prevent abuse, your IP address and browser type. We use them only to reply, and delete them one year after the inquiry is closed unless the law requires us to keep them.

Bug reports

If you report a bug from the game (Settings › Report a bug), we receive the nickname you enter, your message, and game diagnostics: a random install number, the game version, device and browser type, screen size, the game state at the time and recent error messages, plus your IP address to prevent abuse. No email or account is needed.

Your nickname, message and our answer are shown on the public report log. The install number is used only to send you coins if the bug is confirmed. Device details, error messages and the IP address are deleted one year after we answer, and you can ask us to delete a whole report at any time.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell personal information. Information is processed by Google (ads, Play) and RevenueCat (purchase verification), whose servers may be outside Korea (for example in the United States).

Children

Sling Queen is rated for ages 13 and up and is not directed at children under 13.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete personal information we hold. Email help@henal.kr; we reply within 10 days. Privacy officer: Representative, Henal Communications.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top, and announce major changes in the app.
